HOW TO BOOK A DATE
The countdown to your special day begins when you select a date. Once you have an idea of when you’d like your special occasion to take place, you can either give us a call at 972-535-6686 or use our convenient online form to schedule a tour of our venue. All tours and meetings are by appointment only.
Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are our most booked days of the week. We offer discounted rates for clients who book on Monday through Thursday. We will do everything we can to help you secure the date you want. You’ll have a better chance of getting your preferred date if you book early.
Once you’ve seen everything Hidden Creek has to offer, we will secure your date and send your final confirmation via phone or email. We’re always happy to answer any questions you have about the booking process, so please don’t hesitate to call us for more information.
REHEARSALS AND PHOTO SHOOTS
Each booking includes a one-hour wedding rehearsal and a two-hour photo session that can be scheduled during our office hours. You and your photographer will have the run of the venue during that time to take bridal portraits, a couple of photos for your wedding announcement, and more. We have photo props you can use at no additional cost, as well as boxwood hedge walls for rent.
We ask that you schedule a final walkthrough appointment at least three weeks prior to your event. All booked clients are welcome to schedule a 30-minute meeting with us to address any questions or concerns they have. Schedule a meeting here.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT TERMS
We require a deposit of 25% of your total rental fees and the security deposit in full to book and hold your date. All rentals require a $750 security deposit that is refundable after the event. Payments can be made, with a certified check, bank check, or through a bank transfer. We accept cash and credit card payments for an extra 3% fee.
