Your wedding day is a time when friends and family join to celebrate the start of a new chapter in your life. At Hidden Creek, we feel privileged to play a role in bringing together so many beautiful faces on such a cherished occasion. Our goal is to make your special day unforgettable, so we take care of all the little details like parking logistics, accessibility, and additional services for your convenience. We treat our guests like family, and family deserves the very best!
Our venue is near Dallas, just to the east of Lake Ray Hubbard. We are hidden away near an empty field and plenty of lush foliage, but we’re still easy to find. Look for us behind Heath High School, just a twelve-minute drive from I-30.
Parking and Accessibility
Parking is free at Hidden Creek. We have a fully paved parking lot for your safety and that of your guests. There is enough space for up to 100 vehicles in our parking lot, with additional parking along the street. Our location is private and secluded, so you won’t have to worry about outside traffic or people entering or leaving other venues. We are the only destination on our street, so you can enjoy the peace and privacy that surrounds us.
Your safety is very important to us, so we keep our parking area well-lit to prevent accidents. Our parking lot, downstairs bathroom, kitchen, groom’s suite, outdoor ceremony site and indoor ballroom are handicapped-accessible. The ground around the ceremony spot is covered with turf that never gets muddy, making it a convenient surface for foot traffic and wheelchairs alike.
For the safety of your guests, we allow overnight parking for those who partake a bit too much. They are welcome to leave their vehicle in our lot while they hire a rideshare or get a ride from a friend or relative. They can retrieve their vehicle the next morning. We want to make sure everyone has a safe and wonderful celebration.
Our venue is easily accessible to rideshare services. In fact, we’re a frequent stop for them! We welcome Uber, Lyft, and others to come and shuttle our guests from the venue to their hotels and vice versa. Many of our couples use Uber Black as their getaway car after the reception, or to shuttle their family members back and forth.
We are located in a beautifully private area, but you have your choice of hotels within just a short drive. There are options to suit every budget and every taste. We recommend the Hilton and Springhill Suites. Both are just ten minutes from our venue, and both offer discounted blocks of rooms to our clients.
Hidden Creek does not offer valet service at this time. You are welcome to bring in an outside valet service for your event. Please let us know if you need help selecting one.
We provide many additional services to make your special occasion seamless and stress-free, many of which are included in the cost of your booking. If there is ever anything we can do to make your day with us more perfect, please let us know!

- Security: $250 per Officer for 5 Hours, 1 Officer per 200 Guests (Required for events that serve alcohol.) $50 per Additional Hour.
